Service after the sale is an important part of the buying decision. Our technicians are all factory trained and certified. A&A Telecom Group maintains a complete fleet of service vehicles each of which is armed with a global GPS mechanism. Each technician utilizes the latest in portable communications technology and is in constant contact with our admin and dispatch center. Technicians are assigned service requests by our dispatch center.

When the technician arrives at your site they will contact the person that placed the call. They will then ask you to reproduce the problem and once they have pinpointed the error they will make the correction and demonstrate the repair. You then have the assurance that the problem is corrected.
