COVID-19 Statement
AATG is taking every precaution we can with regard to the Coronavirus. The health of our employees and customers is of the highest priority.
We understand the concern we all share regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). As a result, and until further notice, we will not be conducting any onsite service calls or installations unless they are priority / emergency status. Any scheduled on-site activities such as installations, service calls, etc.. may be rescheduled. In the event that a reschedule is required, AATG will contact you. You may also elect to proactively reschedule with us by contacting service@aatg.net or by calling us at https://www.aatg.net/contact.
We are well positioned to continue to serve you and respond to any issues you may have. Our staff will also work remotely and respond and resolve any issues you may have using our secure remote access tools. As we work to deploy staff remotely from their homes, we are also available to assist any customers needing to set up a similar remote worker environment. We anticipate this to be a very temporary situation and do not expect any major interruptions to service, however, our leadership team will continue to monitor the situation and respond in accordance with what is in the best interest of our customers, employees and society.
